Τhe 3 day student and standard registration fee includes access to the conference, bus to the venue, certificate of attendance, proceedings, conference bag, get-2-gether party + museum visit, BBQ, coffee and lunch breaks.
The 1 day registration fee includes access to the conference, certificate of attendance, proceedings, conference bag and coffee and lunch breaks for the selected day. No access to BBQ.
The accompanying person registration fee includes get-2-gether party + museum visit and BBQ.
Optional Gala Dinner (evening): €75
BBQ and museum visit are included in the fee (if mentioned) but registration is mandatory.
Important information:
Each registration covers the submission of maximum 2 abstracts. The instructions for your abstract/presentation can be found under Instructions for authors.
Student registration fee requires proof of student status. Students must be enrolled as master or PhD student and provide a relevant certificate/letter from the Institution/Tutor by email to imekofoods4@sciensano.be upon registration.
One day registrants: In July you will receive an email of the final program. Accordingly, you can still change your day of participation. The email will provide you with more info.
Once registered, you will receive an invoice with your registration fee. This can take some few days. For further questions, please contact us.
Hotel
We will not make any hotel reservations. You can find the hotels, who will give you a promotion, under the tab accommodation.
Make sure to indicate in the form below if you want to take the bus from and to the conference center if your hotel is situated in Brussels.
